Hot Peppers

Description

Grown throughout the summer, these piquant peppers are dried on the roof of the Razzett, the Farmhouse overlooking the lands of Diar il-Bniet. They are then threaded and left to hang, or pickled in vinegar, and served as a spicy delicatessen.
