A classic Maltese combination where fresh pasta envelopes creamy gbejna (sheep's cheeselet). The dish is then topped with a rich tomato sauce - comfort food at its best! All elements of this dish are made from scratch on our estate in the heart of Dingli, for maximum authenticity, nutrition and flavour.
