Torta Tal-Majjal (Homemade Pork Pie)
Our version of the classic pie brought over to Malta from our friends on the British isles. Crumbly pastry covers deliciously savoury pork and vegetables which are seasoned and reduced in red wine - equally tasty at a picnic in the sun, or warmed at home for a comforting dinner.
