Sundried Tomatoes

Description

These tomatoes are collected throughout July and August from the of Diar il-Bniet. They are then halved, dried on the roof of the farmhouse and stuffed with dried basil, salt and pepper. Finally, they are stored in olive oil to create a delicious fusion of Mediterranean flavours.
