A little flashback from my short trip to Malta. I would like to share with you few pics from this amazing and typical Malta place which is Diar il-Bniet and wonderful time we’ve spent there.

As the evolved BIONZ processor gives the α99 model a maximum sensitivity range, we could use high ISO (500-800) and focus on details with natural midday light.

The Malta Chamber of Commerce Enterprise and Industry restaurant design series celebrating local eateries with an eye for décor looks at restaurant and farm shop Diar il-Bniet in Dingli, which subscribes to that old Maltese proverb, ‘l-ewwel ma tiekol, l-għajn’.

Traditional Maltese ftira with tomatoes, lettuce, pickled onions, Maltese sausage and fresh sheep cheese This classic mix combines moorish Maltese Capers, traditional sheeps milk Gbejnet, local Dingli Olives and stuffed tomatoes sundried on the roof of Diar il-Bniet.
