Olive Tapenade

Description

Our olives are as versatile as they are flavoursome. The olives grown in the fertile valley of Diar il- Bniet have long been minced onto a spread enjoyed on delicious Maltese bread. This wholesome treat is a favourite at lunch on the farm, underneath the olive trees themselves.
