Hot Peppers Tapenade


Grown throughout the summer, these piquant peppers are dried on the roof of the Razett, the Farmhouse overlooking the lands of Diar il – Bniet. They are then threaded and left to hang or picked in vinegar and served as a spicy delicatessen.
