Torta Tal-Kornbif (Homemade Corned Beef Pie)

A dish that holds sweet nostalgic memories for many Maltese families. The classic savoury taste of corned beef pairs wonderfully with winter vegetables, rich tomato, and flaky melt-in-the-mouth pastry. Brush the pie with 2 egg yolks and cook in a 180°C pre-heated oven for 1 hour 20 minutes.
