Torta Tal-Ġbejniet (Homemade Sheep Cheese Pie)

Our gbejna is made from scratch on our estate in Dingli to ensure richness and authenticity. Enjoy it here wrapped in flaky melt-in-the-mouth pastry. Brush the pie with 2 egg yolks and cook in a 180°C pre-heated oven for 1 hour 20 minutes.
