Diar il-Bniet Events – Terms & Conditions

1. General Information

We strive to deliver everything outlined for each event experience; however, menus and programme details may vary depending on seasonal availability and other external factors.

Diar il-Bniet reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to the event format where necessary. This may include changes to menus, performers, timings, seating, or layout due to circumstances such as supplier availability, weather conditions, or regulatory requirements. These adjustments will not be considered substantial changes.

2. Tickets & Bookings

All bookings are final and non-refundable, except in the case where an event is officially cancelled by Diar il-Bniet.

Tickets should only be purchased through authorised channels. We cannot take responsibility for tickets obtained via unauthorised sources.

3. Seating & Table Arrangements

Seating is organised by our team to ensure the best possible experience for all guests.

Guests may be seated alongside other attendees. Private tables are not guaranteed unless explicitly arranged in advance, and specific seating preferences cannot always be accommodated.

4. Event Changes & Responsibility

In the unlikely event that an experience is rescheduled, adapted, relocated, or cancelled, Diar il-Bniet cannot be held responsible for any additional costs incurred by guests, including travel or accommodation.

While we take every precaution to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, we are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage unless required by law. We are also not responsible for the actions of external partners, performers, or suppliers.

5. Admission & Security

We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any individual where necessary for the safety and comfort of all guests.

Security checks may be carried out where appropriate. Personal belongings remain the responsibility of each attendee.

6. Weather Policy

Outdoor experiences will proceed in most weather conditions.

Only in cases where safety is compromised will changes or cancellations be made. If an event proceeds as planned, tickets will not be refunded due to weather conditions.

7. Food, Beverage & Venue Guidelines

Highchairs are available on request and subject to availability. Prams and pushchairs may need to be kept in designated areas. Additional food and drinks may be available for purchase, and payments on site may be limited to cashless methods.

In line with Maltese law, alcohol will not be served to anyone under 17 years of age.

8. Photography & Media

By attending, guests agree that photos and videos may be taken during the event and used for promotional purposes by Diar il-Bniet and its partners.

Guests are welcome to take photos; however, filming during performances may be restricted, and disruptive equipment such as selfie sticks is not permitted.

9. Guest Conduct

Diar il-Bniet reserves the right to refuse entry or remove anyone displaying inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive behaviour. All guests are expected to treat staff, performers, and fellow attendees with respect.

10. Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Maltese law. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the Maltese courts.
