During these four, 2.5hour hands on sessions you will unlock the pantry and break free from the restraints and blandness of ready-made processed food.

Christmas pudding brandy sauce, mince meat, spicy Christmas chutney
Mince spices, traditional almond Kristini, pastizzoti tal-qastan tal-imbuljuta
Traditional Turkey stuffing, cranberry sauce, medley of winter vegetables, parmentier potatoes
Assorted traditional Christmas finger food preparations and ideas, homemade mulled wine

All items created during this workshop are yours to take home at the end of the day.
No prior knowledge is required for this course and it is suitable for both novices and cooks with some experience.
