Winter Preserving Workshop
This will be a 2 hour course which will cover the basics of marmalades , jams , pickles and chutneys. Using the freshest and seasonal ingredients from Diar il-bniet estates you will give a kick to novelty in your kitchen. These will be the basics to a very vast and creative part of the kitchen. Always keep in mind to use fresh, seasonal and local produce for the perfect result.
